Änderungen:	- BUGFIX: Fix an issue that could cause a crash when attempting to return from an error while peforming a provider lookup - Refactor the format for provider details when a user submits a form containing NPI types - BUGFIX: Fix an issue that was causing the conditional logic to fail if some values in the attributes matched partially within a string - BUGFIX: Fix an issue that was causing some sections to not hide even though all of their section attributes were hidden - BUGFIX: Fix an issue that was causing tile titles to get truncated in the grid view mode - Ensure that the default value being assessed in the forms conditional logic is the one for the source attribute, not the current attribute - Fix the conditional logic so that it works properly with multiple selections and the or operator - Enable sections to be hidden when their internal attributes are all invisible - Ensure all presentation modes provide the same copy category/asset functionality - Add a copy to clipboard button to the documents carousel view controller - Add a property to the bundle extension for dynamically retrieving the custom URL scheme if there is one - Add ability to copy current asset or category as app url - Update deployment target so the app can support document uploads - Build out the ability to push pdfs to the server through forms - Add a document picker and build out some infrastructure for document uploads- Add support for OR conditional logic in forms - BUGFIX: Fix an issue that was preventing AND logic from working in some cases - BUG FIX: Fix an issue in forms where the text fields are rendering as secure fields when they should be plain text
